Hi, I'm Aimee
I specialise in capturing special events with a photojournalist style, documenting the real and honest moments as they unfold in front on me without interference.
I approach each wedding with passion and respect, preserving memories that will be cherished for generations to come. My aim is to blend into the background and capture the true emotions and joy of the day without interrupting any of the special moments between friends and family.
I strive to ensure that my work best reflects the unique personality and style of each of my couples. My approach is just that, to document the day as it unfolds but with an artistic twist, capturing all of the genuine moments for you to frame and fill your walls. My primary focus is always on you and your story and telling this in the most authentic yet timeless way possible.
With nearly a decade of professional photography experience, I’ve fallen in love with documenting weddings and connecting with so many amazing couples around the world for their special day. My images have been featured in numerous wedding magazines and online publications, the scale of my work is comprehensive. I am unobtrusive by nature yet particular in my passion for capturing the right moment, in the perfect light. My gentle guidance will help to ease you into frames that are effortless and intimate.

You’ve confirmed your date and you're officially on the books!
While you're doing a celebratory woohoo, I'll kick everything off with welcome emails to guide you on what to expect throughout the process. If you have chosen not to engage with a planner, I'll be there to help you scout shoot locations, find your dream vendors, plan your photography timeline and answer your multiple questions along the way. We've got this!

LET'S CELEBRATE!
About 4 months prior to your wedding, you'll receive a questionnaire with all of the details that I require. Once I've received that back, we can catch up over a coffee or wine and make sure you're ready to roll. We will chat logistics and go over every last little detail. I have a wealth of experience and LOVE a well planned timeline, plus I am happy to make recommendations if there's anything that you're unsure of. We'll be old friends by the time the wedding rolls around.

WEDDING PREP
About a month before the big day I will send you the timeline that I've crafted from the information in your questionnaires and in our calls/catch ups. We will finalise an official photography timeline for the day. I'm also more than happy to work with a wedding planner on this.

TIMELINE CREATION
Grab some wine and get cosy because here's the final unveiling. I'll start by sending sneak peeks within 1 week of your wedding day. You will then receive your full photo gallery within 8 weeks via a private online gallery link. You'll get unlimited high resolution downloads along with a full copy of web resolution images for sharing. Expect anywhere between 50-100 beautiful, professionally edited photos per hour that we shoot together. If 8 weeks is too long I offer a $1000 rush fee to move your gallery to the top of my workflow and will deliver your images within 14 days of your wedding.
